| I went in for an alignment on my daughter's 05 Toyota Camry. There was hardly any wait. They took the car in quickly and did the work quickly. The young man at the counter was very polite, and they also tightened some bolts they noticed had not been tightened by a different mechanic, which I'm sure helped me avoid another issue. |

| I had the pleasure of working with Beckwith's Car Care. Their culture of family and love permeates the transaction. I especially appreciated Emily who worked hard to get my janky Concord Auto Protect warranty to pay (don't buy their plan). Emily jumped through every hoop they put up and kept me informed every step of the way. It was nice to not have to fight alone. Shawn their mechanic and shuttle driver is cool too! We had great conversations and he expressed how much he loves working at Beckwith's. His words, "I'll never leave this place!" All of this to say that Lynn Beckwith and Robert have great leadership that keeps their employees wanting to do their best for their clients. I wholeheartedly recommend the Beckwith family. |
