I absolutely love this place. I am treated with such courtesy from every employee. The waiting area is so comfortable and clean you wouldn't believe you were at a mechanic shop. I feel like they are honest and try to be fair with their pricing. Although some things were too high and i went elsewhere. However for most maintenance i always take my car to Beckwith.

Beckwiths always repairs the issue I have with my truck. And informs me about any other issues and does not pressure me to fix them. If you needs repair on your car or truck they will do it right the first time.

I had purchased a used vehicle and wanted to bring my car in for a diagnostic check to make sure I was purchasing a decent vehicle. I had called ahead of time to bring in my vehicle and when I got there I was not in the system but they got me in. It also took a little longer than expected but I will wait for the quality of work they always provide. When checking out the young gentlemen and I had a great conversation he is very personable and I was on my way as everything checked out with the vehicle.

I have been a customer of Beckwith's since I moved to Texas in 2005. Their facility is always super clean & their waiting area is very comfortable with drinks, coffee & usually cookies. The job is always done in a timely manner and I have never had any issues, I trust Beckwiths 100% with my car as it is very difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic. Recently their staff has changed and I did notice that the last time I brought my car in for service my CHECK ENGINE light was on and they did not mention anything about this at all when usually they would advise me of the light and try to clear it. I also know that I need a new air filter and they did not mention this to me either. Other than that I always recommend Beckwiths to anyone looking for auto service.

There is a charge of $99 to look at your car. They did not tell me that on the phone and I would not have thought there would be a charge as Christian Brothers and Louetta do not charge. The only reason I went to Beckwiths is that they were listed on the Costco website ?
